The course is spread over two full days in length with time in between to experience our organic growing environment, the working farm and dairy, the wild landscapes, natural indigenous plants, trees and shrubs and wildlife and birds of El Karama Conservancy.  The perfect way to say hello to 2021 and set your goals for happy, healthy, sustainable eating at home!  Our course rates include all lodge accommodation, all meals, soft drinks, tuition and course materials.  RSVP now for our Early Bird Rates.
